Setting app not working after patch

When the installer gets to the setting app, the settings app crashes. Just get a windows popup that the app has stopped responding.

The game loads up ok, ingame preferances changes (offline) seem to work but the settings app itself is borked. Can't try online as it's showing the campaign server as in maintence.

Tried to d/l the full install and patch from a clean install but that link is broken as well.
