The current exit survey does not allow for you to not answer your survey to unsubscribe to this game. If you do not answer the survey the website keeps you at the same spot asking for some mandatory replies and if you exit early even after confirming your subscription termination nothing happens. If you exit the page your subscription termination is not validated and the website does not show your subscription as unsubscribed. This would lead to the automatic billing of the clients account next cycle when he has clearly asked to unsubscribe.

There needs to be a method to bypassing or deferring not to take this survey in order to exit your subscription. Sure it is useful marketing and growing information but it must be entirely voluntary. You would be better off explain to the exiting client that it is important to you that the survey be completed to help you make a better service than risk the possibility of charging the clients account the next cycle and he produces evidence of subscription termination or asks refusal to pay and credit from his bank.

You're incorrect, Angriff.

I just tested it and received my unsubscribe confirmation email without having taken the survey.

Make sure all your contact information is up to date and that mail from Playnet is not sitting in your spam folder.

I have tested it as an exercise twice and the website still shows me active.

There is a loop for a response at the surveys first page. This asks for what you play and it says must be answered and returns you to the page. If you exit the site after first confirming your wish to unsubscribe on the previous screen it does not change your status to unsubscribed. It may be that my account is paid for 3 months and can still play the game for that period that keeps the active on but it sure appears that the change of status was not registered. I suppose I could wait for three months and see if you bill me but I thought I would bring this to your attention.

Try pushing the next without answering the infantry, air or navy question at the bottom. You get a red message saying it is required. You do it a number of times and still stay there. Then you exit the webpage and nothing changes in status.

PS no email was sent and my address is up to date.
