Not really my problem it was Ghostriders.. but the game would crash for him if he had TS3 open before the game launch. The work around was to launch the game then open TS3. The problem is not with TS2 just TS3 as reported by him,

what does "Won't launch" mean exactly. Where does it exit? IS there a log?
