Anyone having controller issues after patch?

I seem to be having controller issues since the patch. Plane will randomly "surge" upward, either in level flight or in a turn. By upwards I do mean it is as if I am pulling back on the stick sharply. I have calibrated my controller and that is not solving the problem. I use the x52 flight system.

weisse8 has probably sent about five X52 back to the seller, because after a short period of time the poties of the trim wheel were broken. sounds rather similar what you describe and what he was reporting when it started to show those malfunctions.

so long slpr

The only thing is that it doesn't happen when I am in any other game, only this one. My squadmate Cameron is reporting the same issues.

I too am having problems - full CH Pro rig, with Fighterstick USB, Pro Throttle and Pro Rudder Pedals. There's a ton of people on the CH forums with similar controller issues from around late December 2017, in all manner of sims and games. The thinking is that (in the CH situation) a Windows 10 patch, roughly contemporary with the 1.36 ww2ol patch, is in fact the cause. In my case, I'd deleted the archived Win7  files to make space on my Win10 operating hard-drive at about the same time. This also is a common theme. Looking across forums for several non-Microsoft stick manufactures may be worthwhile. I suspect there is a spike of such issues across many at about this time. I doubt this is anything to do with the 1.36 ww2ol patch, it's far too widespread.

Devices and printers then right click your stick icon, select game controller settings, select advanced and set to preferred device.

The only option I get thus is to "remove device". I can see no route to advanced in win10........
