Something is wrong with toggling between prone, crouch, and standing. Sometimes the buttons don't work at all. I have to jam the buttons 100 times for anything to happen and I know it's been a problem for years.

Fix please?

yes I get it all the time because I spam prone/ sprint crouch too much. Its linked to key stroke delay. You can duplicate it while going through murder holes by hitting the crouch key too much, or the sprint command too much too early.

I have seen this too, not that often, but often enough to notice. I always get scared as I frantically start pressing the keyboard trying to stand or lay down, and my avatar does nothing. Yes, it always seems to correct itself, but it is a bit unnerving when it happens, at least to me.

Same problem here. Mostly getting stuck in the prone position.

I don't spam the keys so I can't say for sure what causes it, but it IS DAMN ANNOYING.

If you jump up and down a whole lot real fast then your guy gets tired and has to take a break.

Also it is hell on the update and smoothing code.
