authentication error

Downloaded the patch...authentication error.

Downloaded & reinstalled full game....same.

This is the last thing some one wants to see after being gone a year!

it pops up when the red bar starts loading."authentication error".; at work atm. will get the you rest of the details tonight.

I am able to get in the auth server but they appear offline ..... restarting game ....

hate to tell you this but how i cleared it up was....

full uninstall

and full dl

then full install

Put in a support ticket with your logs if you can. Think it is the playgate.0.log but not positive.

started working again for me fine , very shortly after my post.

I saw the camp server re-sync, and all was good..

must have rebooted.

what about your antivirus? is it on? you should put BE in the exceptions if its not already done.
