Welcome to 1.33 and its not just the 4g for me its all vehicles with all crews.

Try next time to turn the accelerator to zero before you turn engine off. Then you hear everything as right next to you that sucks just as much.

Never been able to replicate that trick but yes your commander was probably fixed in this release. Commanders aren't supposed to hear things outside the tank unless it is really loud.
