Was Infantry Damage Model Updated on 1.33?

I mostly kill using my Mauser rifle, since 1.33 and after hundreds of kills with my rifle globaly I have notice it's less effective. It's still deadly but in my plus 5 year experience before 1.33 there were situations I never come across.

I made double and even triple rifle shots back torso and enemy infantry still lived same goes for smg.

With 1.33 Infantry men are more "robust" but are they still using the most slim Damage model of the previous infantry?

And If not was this update in anyway that allows less deadly shots that previous would credit a kill?

Havent noticed any change in the damage modelling for infantry, although i have had some odd things happening every once in a while, like a shot that takes the enemy down, killing someone and not getting the kill credit etc...

Think there is some weird lag issues, or at least host/client issues of late...?

Did a little testing. Not seeing anything unusual. The kit objects all have no damage model so they don't stop or slow bullets.

Not sure what else to look for exactly.

Do you have the ability to spawn for example french rifleman with old model and spawn the new french rifleman side by side get a german rifle and shoot from different angles the shoulders and hips.

Also shoot the an allied infantry prone(if possible on top floor of cp) on his neck, hips and shoulders and do the same with the old model?

Anyway can I do this in my own? test the old infantry and compare with the new one.

Btw it's not realistic for the helmet to have no power to stop bullets :( but know makes sense that I was killing more than 3 EI just with 1 luger bullet (on offline setting)

Thank you for the reply it's not only me who is complaining about the rifle ineffiency in some sorties but It can be tied to the infantry lag too.

Army (military) helmets worn in WWII did not stop rifle bullets.

At all. They might deflect one if you were lucky.

Very lucky.

What I find interesting is the fact I'm killing EI (or at least it looks like I'm killing them as they blurt out the shreak of death and fall over lifeless at my feet) and yet come the AAR I'll have but 2 of 4 kills (or some such ration) when I should have been given four/all kills.

I think the "bleed out (i.e. will soon be dead)" coding for infantry and its corresponding KIA CSR coding needs to be better revamped/tuned/fixed.

I want meh killz!

I didnt state they would stop a Rifle Shot I'm just saying their is no damage properties to bodies or helmet and bullets can endlessly pass throught them there were soldiers in war that were saved because the guy in front of him bodyshield the fire that otherwise would had killed him.

I think a helmet would stop a 9mm luger if not at point blank and some sharpnel would also be stopped by the helmet.

Anyways please report if you find anything relating to rifle the effiency of the mauser in the latest updates.
