Bloo thanks for the contact I saw th e-mail as soon as you adresed the ticket. I'm still having trouble though. I've used three different CC cards all valid and the operators are saying that no attempt to bill me was made. I've tried again this weekend and am on hold.

I will keep trying but I honestly don't understand what is going on.

Well I've officially at a loss at what's going on.

I've tried using 3 different CCs all valid all well within the limits, one of which I used in an international travel recently.

My CC company claims that no attempt of billing was made by Cybersource or Playnet, Inc., so they were not refused.

I've tried every thing I could using the account management thing, to no avail.

As a last resort I will try using paypal, something I did not want to.

or change the subscription to monthly and try later to get back to the annual.

Thank you for allowing me to write in this forums though while my problem is still pending - not to be able to communicate the problem increased my anxiety tenfold.

Nothing is working... Contacted my CC company, and they still say no attempt to bill me was made.

Have changed the subscription type to monthly payment, and will wait 48H hours. If no go, Will let subscription lapse, and try again.

If that doesn't work, well thanks for trying.

Just an observation: I had no problem when Bitbit was doing the billing, this Cybersource thing seems not be working for me.
