Can't log in, says I don't have a premium sub and I do.

I played the free trial for 2 weeks and just bought a 12 month pre-pay premium subscription. My account management page tells me my subscription is active.

However, when open the account login program, enter my password and try to log in to the game, I get a message in red letters "Your subscription is not currently active".

Additionally, I cannot see the premium parts of this forum such as the barracks, although it seems I can post here and this part of the forum requires a premium subscription. Beneath my forum name I am descriped as a "trial player".

I looked through the support.playnet.com FAQs and saw nothing about this problem. I tried to submit a ticket, but when I typed in my name and password and clocked login, nothing happened. The page just reloaded with blank fields.

There was a major power outage yesterday, so maybe not all systems are back up.

I just tried to submit a ticket, but I too couldn't log in, and it said "SESSION ERROR" in the top right corner.

You could try posting this to the community forum also, to attract Bloo's attention. This forum is (i suspect) not really for this kind of bug.

This should be fixed. The auth server wasn't updating but we've fixed that. Let me know if the issue persists.
