Won't let me play beta, says my "hourly subscription" has expired

When I try to chose a persona in the beta, I get this:

When I click ok, the game closes and my internet browser opens at this page: https://secure.wwiionline.com/users/user/subscription.jsps

I believe it has something to do with this problem I and other new accounts had earlier, because of the ISP power outage.

Your account checks out fine (payment authourized).

It may be in concurrent with the ISP power outage, most of the systems are still up (as GOPHUR said aswell in the linked thread). But still there are some backend services not currently functioning.

I will pass on the message later today when the other staff logs on.
