sound issue with m1

i can hear my garand empty clip ping but i cannot hear anyone elses clip ping, others ingame say they can hear it is it just me or are there others that dont hear when an m1 is at empty clip? and what could be the possible issue /solution? i have tried primary sound driver and selecting the one i have by name but still not work.

Can't hear it I'm afraid. There is no "out of ammo" flag to send to other clients.
