It's still down from the ISP outage they had the other day. I'm sure they will be working on getting the rest of the stuff that's down tomorrow.

We had to prioritize a big list of services that were affected by the outage. First and foremost was the firewall, then game server, then the auth server, then the billing server. As of Saturday, there was still work being done on the firewall. The outage caused a failure not just in one or two systems, but all of them, that's why this has taken so much work to get back to functional.

I'll be sure to get the TS server looked at as soon as possible.
