A few notes

S! Rats!

Good work so far on the beta. I am looking forward to throwing down on the Axis via the American rifles, dressed in the good ol' USA steel pot :)

A few notes from what I have noticed:

The SMG ejects shell casings when fired. (good)

The BAR does NOT eject shell casings when fired (bad)

The M1 Garand site works as intended. (good)

The weapons overall have a higher trajectory - I would lower it a tad bit.

The listing of the units when selecting a brigade/division for the Americans showed as the following: 1st Armored Infantry Divison. (bad)

The listing should show: 1st Armored Division (followed by the respective brigades), and 1st Infantry Division (followed by the respective brigades).

Now if you want an armored infantry division, then you would list it as (for example) 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized) in the brigade selection screen. This shows that the infantry division has an armor attachment at division level (usually a separate brigade, if I recall correctly).

The textures on the frag grenade for the USA looks awesome.

The uniforms look very nice - for each side I would add a bit more detail though: unit patches, flags on the shoulders to start with.

Overall excellent work!!

"The M1 Garand site works as intended. (good)"

You're kidding right?

Try to lead someone .. its impossible.

The aiming sights on the m1 garand need to change, the circle is way too thick and it needs to be like the other rifles that have a circle.

I've moved this over into the Testing forums so the devs can see it.

The naming of the US divisions is still a work in progress. The ones you saw were just place holders until we have it all sorted out.

Thanks MM!

I appreciate the move to the correct forum.

As far as the site is concerned, it seems to me that it is dead on accurate. Being I have fired an M1 before the site is very small indeed and it does seem to be hard to use, but I found it very useful and I like it.

Ticketed the bug on the BAR and sent brigade name feedback to the Production Team.

I'll enquire on the patches.

Garand: The small peephole sight is historically accurate. Just wanted to point that out.

Given that, we have changed that to have a wider aperture so that you have a "clearer" view.
