wwiionline.com redirect is down

I'm not sure if you are aware of this but when you try to navigate to www.wwiionline.com it doesn't redirect you to www.battlegroundeurope.com anymore. Most people don't use that url anymore, but some of the older players might. Anyways, it is an easy fix so I just wanted to point it out.

I just tried it on FireFox and it redirected for me.

What browser are you using? What page is it directing you to?

That's odd. I am using firefox here at work, and both IE and firefox at home as well. I had my brother check too and it is down for him as well using IE. It displays an error saying "Problem loading page"

I spoke too soon. It redirected once for me but now its not working again.

Tested both at work & at home from England and both redirect www.wwiionline.com to www.battlegroundeurope.com as expected.

This is very odd then. Both my brother and I tested it from work and neither worked, and now I am trying it from home and it isn't working either.

Just figured it out. If you just type in wwiionline.com without http://www then it doesn't work. I am able to type in any other website just by typing google.com or cnn.com and it automatically fills in http://www. but not with wwiionline.com. If I am not mistaken this is something to do with DNS.

Yeah, wwiionline.com isn't working after the servers went down.

Most browsers will automatically transform that address to http://www.wwiionline.com if you typed the entire url in once. That's why it seems to be working for some of you.
