WHere do Wiretap posts / updates belong ?

Where can i find update reports of wiretap or post issues of wiretap ?

My tools are crippled/down unexpectedly due to some updates. I'd like to keep up a bit more to avoid that.

Because Wiretap is officially unoffical, it takes a bit of finding (and I'm not sure how up to date the up to date info is):

I think the only other place you might see info about technical updates to it are on our-Olly's blog.

(However, I don't think the WWIIOL bit there has been updated since Adam was asking his other half for fruit for pudding ... (but you could poke him in the ribs with a comment there, or something)

Fron what I read, our-Olly is a bit busy ... so I wouldn't start stamping your feet too hard, or you'll wear out your shoes!

Priorities, I guess.

The rats don't seem to realise how much external tools like yours can add to the imersion/enjoyment of the game. I like to know the state of the map etc even more when i am unable to get in game.

It has been said before that Wiretap was a hobby project for KFS1 so it doesn't fall under routine maintenance. It's not officially supported unless we move it in house, which we don't have time to do yet.

It's not currently down, but the databases need to be synched. In order to do that, we have to bring the game server down for at least 30 minutes. It is scheduled to happen with next Tuesday's server maintenance.
