having problems connecting to the game?

Is anyone having problems connecting to the game?

I get "authentication failed" error? Tried both primary and secondary connections in settings aswell.

And i have an active subscription, wtf?!

I get this problem very occasionally. If I keep on trying it usually works after 4 or 5 attempts, but then I always lose connection within 20 mins of logging in. It only ever lasts a day, so I just leave it and try again another day. No idea what would cause it and in the brief periods that I do log in, no one else seems to be having the same problem.

I will also try an complete fresh install of the game.
