Stats?

My stats are half there , the units against units is empty. I was on top rifleman list a week

ago and now there is no record?

Units page back up, but missing lots of data. (Like 40% of total kills...)

We need more details, and perhaps some better understanding out there. We can't rack up 100's of sorties while we work all day on the game so we cannot gather the data on this type of thing that you can, but you have to report it in a way we can use to fix the issues in a faster fashion.

Yesterday we fixed an issue where the Top 100 was not reporting and we now see Top 100 lists that appear complete. We can't rank our accounts into that Top 100 to test it though. So we assume what wasn't reporting that now is means it's fixed.

If it isn't, you need to give us some detail we can use to locate the precise problem; because we can't play the days and weeks it would take to get the data you already have the minute a problem is reported. "It's broken" isn't going to help fix it.

We don't want this stuff to be broken. Usually we are looking at 5 other things and don't even know some 6th thing is broken because we're human and can only track so many things at the same time.

The recent fix to the Top 100 is not going to fix scores and sorties lost during the period it wasn't reporting correctly. It can only work forwards from the point of the fix, it cannot go backwards in time. So if there is still an issue, try to phrase your report in terms that can maybe help those of us doing 5 other things to figure out the issue ... or to have some idea where to look or what to test with a minimum of "figuring out what the players are saying" other than "it's broken".

We want this stuff to all work. All the time. It's easier to do that if we have your valuable help than not.

How's this. I have 28 sorties on my LW persona, 90 kills and none of them show up in UNIT vs UNIT comparison.

It's a start. I know you're annoyed but try not to get pointed. We are working on everything we can but what we really need is absolute precision in details that we can compare.

ie:

1. an account (that's you the player) name

2. a record of what sorties (a sortie is a mission, you spawned and played and despawned) you had

3. what in (aircraft, tank, infantry avatar, etc..)

4. what you killed or killed you

5. what CS&R says about this record of sorties, where it reports differently to your individiually written down record and where it does not

most of the time people report "it isn't working" and we don't get any clues to speed up the process except that clue that they are annoyed, and to be frank, we already knew that

You guys are the best asset we have in improving things quickly you just need to have the right approach and wonderful things might actually happen!

The sorties page appears to have never stopped working correctly. Haven't seen anything missing from it. The units page simply has fewer kills and KIAs than what's reported under sorties, but we don't have any way to tell which sorties it hasn't included. At least I don't think there's any way to tell that...

I think the sorties page and totals page (front page) are correct. What has happened I think, is the unit totals did not accumulate data from when the stats were down, roughly 21-28??.

I'm also not quite sure that the top 100 data has all the data either, I think it is missing the data from 8/21 to 8/28 (or what ever those dates were).

As probably both the units page and top 100 page draw from some the same data source (guess), it is that source that didn't get data posted to it during the time stats were down. But, again, I think all the data is there if you go through it by sorties.

Units tab used to be completely broken which also seemed to completely bust the top 100's.

Now, it appears to work but only about half of the kills/been killed appear in the units tab. So, it looks like it is working but it is only using about half of the campaign.

My guess is that when you fixed it...it crapped out about half way through updating and so only the first half of the campaign is in the units tab.

Example - Murf64 French Army. Total kills - 481 Units tab shows kills = 254.

Please note EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS! Sorties are all there. Even Campaign Units tab works. It is only the Units tab for current campaign which also seems to affect the top 100's lists.

If this is unclear, send me PM and I will call you at a time of your choosing so I can explain

Thanks Doc , I like stats and all , the part i like is working where it shows who you killed.

So the system has been broken at least half a year.
