Rank bug, need help plz.

Hey all, need help with my rank. Was in axis hc (actually was XO of 6th AK) & have recently had health problems which caused me to lose my status within axis hc. Now, only problem is, when i lost my status in hc & was returned to game rank i was returned as a "major" where i had achieved the highest in game rank (colonel) prior to joining axis hc. Spoke with sirbenny about it a week or so ago, he told me to contact xoom, which i did, i sen't xoom a personal e-mail off of the email addy provided here for support, never got no results. Sooooooooooo, can somebody, i suppose a rat please return my rank to what it properly is & was before i joined hc plz, thanks.
