DB7 losing power

Power loss after a bomb run.., take some light splash damage. The plane drops like a stone. Rev & manifold pressure read full.

Seems like engines turn off.

Managed to land safely once, reved engines, guages worked, engines on, but little power.

Restarted engines gained full power, lifted and rtbed.

It's happened a half dozen times this map.

I'm all for planes losing power, can we see more crashes after take off? No bug to me
