Doullens City CP Capture Bar Appearing Halfway Across Town

Northwest of the East Capture Point in Doullens there is a corner building that faces NW.

In the West-East facing branch, up the first flight of stairs you will have the City CP Capture Bar pop up as if you are in the capture depot itself.

I'll get a bigger SS if needed, its an odd little spot on the staircase.
