If you are holding down the sprint key and run out of sprint "stamina", you go into the slow motion "I just set a satchel charge" run. This also happens when you press the sprint key before you are able to sprint again. The slow motion run is slower than the regular jog and you stay this way until the sprint key is released. Got more than a few kills because of this. On the live server, pressing the sprint key does nothing if you can not sprint and you slow to a jog when stamina is gone.
