I might also be having this when offline the game begins to have slow downs very short ones like low fps but looking at fps it says 30-50, but after a while I do really get low fps spikes down to 11.

Are you also running over 200 fps?

I get like huge high spikes too on offline it reaches 130+ plus :/?! shouldn't there be a FPS lock or limit I know most games have it especially old ones.

I don't get any spikes. My FPS stay low and there worse on the beta than the live campaigne. Most battles I can maintain at least 30+ FPS but the beta was often around 15 FPS and very stuttery like. You could see it going frame by frame. That is with all game settings and video card settings on low. I tried this on 3 different computers, all got the same result.
