Inf Lag Issues in Most Recent Beta Patch

They're back, with a vengeance. In a small scale fight I have had the most nightmarish time ever digging through Avelgem to find Wulfy. I finally corner him in a building, search everywhere, nothing. Start going down from the top floor and I start getting SHOT at. Spin around, see nothing. Get up top, look towards the stairs, and see him drop down and then shoot him..

Steelydan, myself and Mogas have done some quick testing on it. There is about a 3 second delay to running up stairs. Steelydan's body managed to glitch into the stairs so that only half of it was visible. This is not the only instance it occurred, it happened before where he was running down the church stairs in Avelgem.

Mogas is in Texas, i'm in OKC, Steely is in Chicago. Mogas and Steely are on Wireless, I am wired.

According to Mogas, I also managed to lag up through the floor to the top floor. Also managed to move at "Warp Speed" at times, and the usual laying down getting up stutters.

Something relating to my specific network connection seems to be causing issues, not entirely sure what. I could be going blind but I could swear I missed Mogas when he was on the top floor til he moved. Occam's razor applies here though I guess.
