My pc shuts down everytime I try to install wwiiol134034134045.exe

I was trying to check the beta but once I try to install the patch when it reaches playarc03.ww2 at General progress 28% and playarc03.ww2 90% the pc shut down everytime..

Any explanation for what could be trigging this? Is it me or CRS?

It gets weirder because I can get inside the game and play it :? having not complete the patch.
