No sound in cockpits/seats

I have the same issue as Rebel in the Hawk when I look forward, I hear the engine. When I look to the rear back right, the engine almost completely dies. However, when I look rear left back, the engine becomes loud again. Haven't tried witht he new beta though. I have a two speaker setup and a ground woofer.

I DL the entire beta client lost a file somewhere in a patch and it kaputzd

When I do get into beta I may have news. I plugged my headset into the motherboard instead of into the front panel on the case. Since then in game I havent noticed the bug. I must try the single engine plane before im sure.

That would be a wierd way of getting the bug. Bionic ears, no engine sound when i look forward or back. single engine only though, in twin enging A/C I get opposite sounds look left hear right engine, look right hear left engine. Look ahead hear both but swapped sounds.

Wierd shat... K waits on D.L to finish...

Flew in game now with same set up plugged into back of motherboard. Game still has bug, i cant hear single engine planes engine when I look back or forward.

Waiting on dl still..

Thanks Reb. Keep us posted. Hardware isn't under our control but all the info we get helps find a fix.

Some of the betas are working on this with good results as well.
