Infantry damage model issue?

Since the last infantry update I have had multiple times where I have had EI dead to rights and when I shoot it does not look like I hit them. There is no blood spat and the EI does not die, nothing at all.

I play rifle so I am not sure if it is a rifle issue or what.

Dunno Matt. I haven't seen any reports but I'll keep an eye out during my testing.

Which would make sense, I don't notice any specific spots or shots that are an issue. There have just been multiple times where my shot should be hitting. It is fairly frequent from what I can tell, so it should pop up.
