HC Icons Still Not Fixed

Rank's 18 and 19 still off?

Max is 4 stars, even those above don't work, at least for HC.

I now have a builder icon next to my name when I press ~, instead of the C.

OK good to hear. To be clear, are others seeing you with only 4 stars? What do you see for yourself in the HUD?

OK we figured this out. You'll need to contact your CINC or the CM team. You guys have the wrong subscription. PLayters above rank 18 should have the HC++ subscription. They can change this for you.

How so? There are 3 permission sets in the HC so there are three subscriptions. Essentially there are only 3 ranks in the HC. The others are organizational and role play.

The3se permission sets are tied to subscriptions not ranks like they used to be (grumble) so they have to be set manually not just with the rank.

But all of this is transparent to the HC officers.

Bottom line if your rank icon is wrong, call the AM team. Not a bug.

So, if essentially no one has their rank correct, does that mean we essentially have no HC+ or HC++ members? Because I know Guni's isnt working correctly, along with every member of senior command.

Time to go talk to the Account Management team about both side's senior command, branch level staff and etc. etc. Thats what, 24 accounts to be fixed? Not bad.
