Two long-standing mac specific bugs

1) Two-pixel jumps in mouse aiming. IMpossible to aim a sniper rifle unless you shimmy a lil and try again. Can end up having to rinse/repeat many times in order to get a shot of target, eventually leading to frustration and death.

2) Aircraft upon spawning for first time have JS stuck to "up + right" direction. Need to hit "detect controller" button to reset. Works fine after this.

1) Set you aiming sensitivity less.

2) Try the exe posted above in the test thread and report

What's an exe?

Much as Romzy's posting style can give me headaches (and the fact that he's "NEVAR WRONG!!"), that post pretty much nails it on the head.

sgtchief:

romz you['re] my damn hero

sydney:

Ya know, at first Romsburg, you rubbed me the wrong way and I wasn't a fan. But over the past 12 months, you have really grown on me. You're precise, well spoken and although you are sometimes a little harsh, you are most often correct and in proper context with your responses.

irelandeb:

indeed he's one of the few voices of common sense on these forums

jw:

If you're going to argue with Romz, do your homework before you post. He gets it, and you can't teach common sense, you have to be born with it.

pete, linc & julie:

I can't say [any]thing else [than] that the ban was justified considering that you have an 'impressive' TOS history....

owilde:

The only thing worse than being talked about is *not* being talked about.

For part 1:

Evidently Andy tried (in vain) to search out the weird reason why mouse aim will jump two pixels. There is no setting that can reduce it below that. Others have had this issue, he knew about it, he tried to figure out where the info goes in the code and apparently had to drink a whole six pack after that ordeal.

For Part 2:

Romzy is a snod. But will do when you post a .dmg.

Thanks for the rapid hot fixes. patch.1-ho!!
