And before DOC can say "where is the bug, this is a bug forum?" the bug is not announcing basic changes if that is what has happened.

1) Used to be that guarding a cp subject to capture got you 1 point per minute. Tonight it looks like 1 point per 2 minutes, True or False, and why wasn't that announced somewhere?

2) Used to be that over much *****ing, allied rank points were not transferred from one country to another on the same side even though they did transfer to axis up to E5. Looks to me that existing allied rank points were leveled at the highest you had between Br and Fr and are being added on during the stress test regardless of which allied country you choose. I don't have a gripe with that, I just never saw an announcement.

If I missed something here, please point me at it, but this is entirely consistent with the kind of self-defeating opacity that I have observed the RATS to practice over the ~5 years I've been playing, so I would be surprised.

1) Seems it was changed on 11/08 but I'm not sure why or what it was. Investigating.

2) Good catch. We added the ABILITY to make it go higher but no change was intended. Fixed.

On #2 I really think it should share all the way to the top. Actually, there should only be allied and axis personas not country based personas.

Working on that.
