Mission creation...

Just curious, has the ability to create a mission suddenly been increased to a high rank, or is there an issue with some people randomly not being able to create a mission? I was able to a couple of days ago, and then the new patch, and bam! "You are not high enough rank to create a mission." Which is weird, because before the testing, I was making missions in campaign, and have been since about June...

I am totally furious by the decision to raise the rank to level 6 to create missions. I often can only get online during the daytime in UK and unless I post a mission there is none there to fly French which is my preferred option. Am I now, after years of posting missions, suddenly too irresponsible to be allowed to do this. This game is now a waste of time for me and I am disgusted.

Why did I pay all that money and play for a massive number of hours to get myself to a position where I could post missions only to find that I now cannot fly french at the times I am most often available. My missions often allowed others to fly french when otherwise there would have been none for them.

I hope, but don't expect to get, a response from the RATS for this unwarranted change.

Is this the reward for having a premium account and being a member since 2004?

Removing the ability to do something major that you have done for years is like giving a major demotion for loyal service and is a big kick in the teeth!

UPDATE : That's the 4th time I've logged on in past 2 days and no french Air missions so I logged off again - what a waste of time - it won't be long before I become an ex-wwiionline member - a pity my subscription runs until next summer.

It was like this in the past, many of us had to deal with this as we ranked up, ask someone to make a mission for you, that's what I did till I got to rank 6. I think once any persona gets to rank 6 all personas can then create missions, but can't remember for sure.

Not a lot of use flying french in the uk daytime when I'm often the only one at level 5 let alone level 6 - but thanks anyway.
