Again something different...BBE Launcher?

I know I have been told I have a crappie pc, but its all Ive got and it has worked fine up till this point. Now I am getting the following msg

BBE Launcher has stopped working

Problem Name APPCRASH

App Name Playgate.exe

App Version 0.1.1.9

App Timestamp 4ebbd359

Fault Module Name DXHOOK.DLL

Fault Module Version 3.1.3.0

Need I go on? I cant believe the problems Im having to get this new release to run

I've never seen an error like that. Where'd you get it? I mean how / what presented it?

I'm going to ask one of the client guys to have a look.

If you have the beta installed do you get the same error launching the live game from that playgate?

Have you recently done a full uninstall reinstall of the application?

I haven't gotten any feedback from the coders on this. Are you still seeing this issue Lando?

I need to find a working link for the playgate download because I am having a similar problem on an *cough* "Unsupported OS" (Linux Mint 11) *cough* and I need to reinstall just playgate according to the help faq.

Perhaps I am blind or misinterpreting the following from the support pages:

"If changing users or browsers doesn't seem to work at all, you should just uninstall and delete PlayGATE and reinstall it (a full copy of PlayGATE is kept on the Downloads page. "

I don't see a link for just playgate.

I don't see a link for just playgate.

Man that's old. There is no PlayGATE installer. Just use the full installer.
