Return of the lag spikes :(

Well, haven't seen these in over a year I think, but for the last hour or two in Lille, constant lag spikes; very steady, like every 15 seconds or so; don't really notice unless you are moving, then you freeze for a frame or two before moving again. Makes it very hard to play in.

Haven't seen this in a long time.
