CTD on switch brigade (and spawn)

Quite a few people reporting this ... happened to me once, almost twice

Go on a few missions. Then swap brigade and try to spawn in.

First time I did it, got CTD (no error message, or error log)

2nd time I waited almost 15-seconds before I finally spawned in

Pretty sure brigade hopping is where lots of CTD/Host Errors are occuring
