Chat missing icons

I think i had it once in 1.33, just got it again since server quick manteinance ( 1 hour ago or so )

EDIT: to be more accurate, test is not appearing there because i just spawned, but still there is no MOTD or blue text related to TS channels. channel icons do appear if someone chat, just the F1 to F6 icons missing, retuning channels didn't help, will see if i get it again.
