DL new nvidia Drivers and my CTD's were substantially reduced.

When flying before I upgraded, I would CTD if I crashed my plane or was shot down in flames every time. If I didnt spawn in Dead I CTD'd every time.

Last night I played for 2 hours with 1 CTD. and 1 Spawn in death. Might be worth a try for some to grab the driver and post your own observations.

I will post this in each forum so it gets seen by more people.

What we're your prior crashes error message? If it was 20033 then I suspect that the real improvement was from us turning on netcode 2.

If not then maybe graphics which would also be nice to hear. Please let me know.

I got a huge performance increase using the tweak and beta drivers 290.36

I havent logged in since netcode2 was turned back on. I was playing during the mini campaign.

At Oost, before I dl'd drivers and did that tweak, I was getting CTD errors 2 of them the one u mentioned and another. I had crap FPS and stutters that made game unplayable. Only on the ground, flying was not an issue.

After the update I did and the tweak, Game runs smooth as silk! I went back to Oost and was getting 60-100 FPS and NO stutters or lag spikes what so ever. I played for 4 hours without a CTD.

I spread the word in game and in forums like wildfire soon as I found out about how good it worked.

I got 20% fps increase updating my drivers as well.

Still getting stutters and low fps in heavy battles, although the tweak has improved my fps overall...Still getting the bad lag, shooting a guy and he freezes in position, and clipping issues as well, poor prediction through a doorway etc...

Fix it!

Did you DL the Beta Drivers? I had the same thing and these two things Fixed it.

got Me; the 285.58 for my 460gtx, saved me once from rebooting immediately with an error message but other than that, BSoD and the game is unplayable right now :/

I was too lazy to do benchmarks, but tweak/beta combo gave me ~50% fps boost with my 260 and things hold up much better in intense fighting. I don't know that this will help with the various ctd's but thanks in any case.

Did the update, no tweak, zero cellhosts and ctds since.

Definitely worked.

Dunno Steely. AMD auto updates the drivers and yours look fresh. These guys are talking nVidia cards.
