There is lack of info about accepting the offer to subscribe for 9.99 can I sub for 1 year at 9.99 monthly ?

The terms for the WBS special offer state that you can subscribe for one month for $9.99, after that month the standard monthly rate of $17.99 will apply.

You can also subscribe for a year using the 12 month pre-pay plan. This costs almost the same as the WBS special offer per month ($129.99 for 12 months) but the amount is charged in advance.

Or you can subscribe for a year with the easy-pay plan which costs $12.99 and will be charged monthly.
