Last thread you asked if it still happened. It did.

Scenario:

Flying 110 head-on with D520 killed him as he killed me. Crashed into the ground. Black screen after despawn. tried to spawn another and CTD. Not sure if it helps.

Second one dogfighting got EA smoking and tried to strafe them. I rammed them on the ground. Despawned no black screen. changed brigades chose plane hit spawn button long delay CTD.

Seems to happen around 1.5 hours time between CTDs. Possible mem leak?

When you think you're getting close timewise (1.25 hrs?) open taskmanager, ctrl alt del and check the mem usage for ww2.exe. If it is a mem leak just opening taskmanager with the game up may possibably recover the memory.

That worked ZEKE no CTD's after each mission I'd CTRL-ALT-DEL and pull up a web page then drop it out and click back into the game no CTD's tonight.

Still should not have to jump through loops to keep from CTD though.

No but it might be a good clue to finding the cause.

You see, this is a testing and bug reporting forum.

Some is signal, some is noise. The less noise the clearer the signal.

It's not you. There's 6k of these crashes this version.

Now it is interesting if it proves out that task manager fixes it but you need more than one night of testing to be sure of that.

I'm away from home Sunday afternoon to Thursday evening.

When I get back in this week I'll do more testing.

Any certain way you'd like me to conduct the testing?
