OK pattern forming here.....went back to the same locations and was able to reproduce.

They seemed like they would come only facing a certin direction. Then it got me thinking maybe its something way of in the distance causing the binos to split. First I thought it may be enemy unit(s). And the trees were a second thought.

Of to try and reproduce I went O.o

Restarted the PC and fired the game back up. These two up here I snapped after the restarts. Opened the map, noticed at both locations I was facing the same way. bah

Ok still thinking it was something a mentioned above of in the distance, I moved about the map. Every place I seem to spawn the I was able to reproduce it.

My hunch was right...at first I thought it was the an enemy presence, but as the 3 sum showed up, I noticed I was facing at a town. lol Im like wtf.....so again I bounce around the map and every time no matter an FB or in a town it seemed everytime I lined myself up with an enemy town(gonna double check this) the trinos showed face again. Figuring you guys would think im nuts, I cracked out the fraps.

Ok posting this the video up load is taking a while.........

Ok heres the Video...

As you will see when I line up with an enemy town(so far what I think it might be) the 3sum shows up. Repeated this quit a few times.

Sry no embeding skilz :/

Was late last night... hit the hay and with coffee in hand headed back in game to see what else I can dig up.

I have installed the patch.......again this could have been here prior but I would think not. First ill head back into game and see if it is enemy towns off in the distance causing the bug.

They were back earlier this afternoon. Had to head out for a bit. I snapped a few screenies again. Funny this time it was in the back of the AB VS in Lier, looking NE . Pulled up the Bino's to scan for ei and while doing so they appeared again. Again only with in a certin scanning range.

Opened the map and found myself not lining up with an enemy town. lol Have no clue now.

Pretty sure the other test area was clear of an enemy presensce. Again could be barking up a totaly wrong tree here, still think its something im picking up in the distance that causes the Bino's to split.

Not sure what esle to post here. All drivers are up to snuff. Only resent change was the 1.34.5.255 update.

^^

Moved to FB defense and they showed again. Both the screenies above had an enemy near by yet again the 3Binos would only stay up for a short time. Just like in the video. Scanning left or right they would return to norml.

It's something related to the test update. Also seeing it reported with sniper scopes. Would suggest you not install it til they release another candidate. It also causes cell host issues.

Good stuff erz.

Can you try and test it in beta? I think everyone else went back to the release exe so they aren't reporting it. I'll try in beta now.
