Shadows shake violently when player is moving

Shadows under trees and other objects will shake up to half a meter relative to the object, but not relative to the player, this is most noticeable when driving a bouncy truck or riding a tank.

Specular disabled, shadow presets low.

My shadows preset is on high and do the same (flashing,moving shadow) just like you.

I had the same for ages until i installed a new OS a few days ago (win7 64 ultimate) and all new drivers for everything (naturally)....now shadow flickering is gone....
