No after report (what did I kill?)

Not sure if this is only affecting me, I'm on a macbook Pro running 10.7.2.

For 5 weeks now, after I finish a mission (whether I die or RTB) I don't see the after report screen where I can see how I did. I reported it in game about 20 times...
