Satchel not sticking to tank

Adding insult to injury now that ATR's only have one satchel.

I tried to place the satchel on a PZ3H (not damaged) in place by the tracks and it ended up on the ground under the tank.

This has happened several times.

Also satchels often stick/clip inside the armor and are completely ineffective ( you'd think a explosive INSIDE a tank would be even more effective but no, )
