Patch downloaded and now can't play game

I logged on as usual. There was a huge patch download. It completely downloaded, and during install at some point said there's a registry problem and even after uninstalling, rebooting, downloading then whole game (which took over an hour), it still fails, with following error:

""Windows cannot find 'C:\Progra`\CRS\Battle~1\www2.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, then try again."

Help.
