Keep Losing Rank Points ???

Im not sure if this is a bug but its happened several times and im getting very annoyed. For some reason my British and French Army rank points keep dropping. I dropped from a 2nd Lt. down to a colour sgt for british and sergeant-chef for french the first time (I believe this was game wide for everyone after the first major game change so im not worried about it) and now the for third time ive lost even more point. For example, last night I was 84% advanced to next rank for the French and today im at a magical 53% and I was 60ish% British now im at a magical 50%. What is going on??? Is it a bug or what? Ive sent support emails to CRS but I never got a reply back. (Twice now ive been bumped back to 53% for the French and 50% for the British) I have 2 support tickets up. One from Dec.10 (Still no reply) and I made one again today since its happened again since then. I guess we'll see if that one gets answered.

Are you sure that you didn't gain rank?

All allied branches now share the highest rank. So if you were rank 8 in UK Army but Rank 2 in FR Army, you'll now be rank 8 in all Allied Armies.

Did that happen with this last update? My British rank was colour Sgt. @ approx. 63% and my French rank was approx. Sergeant at 84%. Did my british rank drop a few points during the "merger"? And in-game if they share the same rank, why are the points different, as well as different rank %'s ? I'd think if they were shared they would both be the same.

As soon as you select a persona it checks to see if it should update it's rank.

First if you are rank 5 or below, we check all your same branch personas across side and set your new rank to the highest one found or 5 whichever is lowest.

Second we check all of you same side same branch personas and set your rank tot he highest we find.

At no point is rank lost.
