#6242 - CSR not recording INF kills

I think I need clarification

I killed several EI just now as a rifleman and as an LMG

in my AAR screen, all my kills were recorded (AAR is the left side sortie screen)

in my sortie stats, all my kills were also recorded and what type of infantry was also recorded

stats and summary appeared to be correct (sortie stats and summary is the right side sortie screen)

when I died, my killer was not listed (that is a bug)

Can you clarify what part of kill recording isn't working for you ?

Have you checked CS&R? Are your kills there?

so you're talking about CS&R kill recording (a database issue) not the client failing to record kills (as seen in your in game AAR screen) ... is this correct ?

Yes. Even in CS&R, if you DIE to an ei...there will be no killer and nothing on the units tab counted against you...but the 'crit' field still says yes or kia. In the units tab no kill is ticked up one against you. It's like you died but since no killer it doesn't count...just like when AI kills you.

the kills is recorded in the game, but not in the the CSR services stat page. Seems infantry kills are the most effected, but panzers/tanks are also subject. Been several sorties where only half or a quarter of the kills were listed when killing tanks and atgs. However, the german who kills me is awarded the kill for me both in game and on the stats page. My K/D has taken a plunge because the only thing being recorded is deaths.

90 percent of kills arent being recorded, but deaths are being recorded everytime

Just logged out of game had several EI kills none of which recorded.

Kills where all made when using AFVs they showed on the immediate AAR

but not in stats.

And for clarification:

When you DIE, you see their name in the AAR and your K/D is impacted negatively.

When you get kills your K/D is NOT influenced positively. Over 50 kills-five deaths, K/D kept going down, not up.

That's funny. In an air sortie, my AAR showed one A2A kill in summary which I did see the plane go in. When I clicked on "kills" tab, it only showed that I damaged a spit but did not kill it.

From my experience everything in game is correct, AAR, etc. It's just when you go and look at stats from the website all infantry kills are not recorded; pilots have kills, armor has kills, etc. Infantry not being saved or retrieved.

As long as we are talking about broken CS&R stuff, I think I am correct in saying that ever since the release of 1.34, mission results are always shown as rtb regardless of the actual game AAR and no caps are being recorded.

Please fix those while you are looking at the disappeared infantry kill issue.

nah its not only inf.

For exampel in this mission http://csr.wwiionline.com/scripts/services/persona/sortie.jsp?sid=1119029&pid=670182&page=1 i killed 3 ets an sherm a15 mk3 and m10 as also the aar showed me but only the m10 has made it into csr. doh

Yeah. I got four EI kills in one sortie, and two EI kills in the next. Both times I RTB. My stats showed the RTB but no kills/no deaths and just the time on mission. Happened several times this campaign. Im not following the individual infantry stats (although I never really do though even when its working) or going by the percentage radio for this campaign because their kind of messed up at this point on an individual level.

For me, started evening of Jan. 7th, at Stenay. Mission AAR's showed 11 kills & 6 deaths. The deaths recorded in CS&R, but none of the kills or who killed me. Same for the evening of the 8th, early morning on 9th at Feschaux. Several kills (none showing in CS&R) and 3 deaths (these show, but not who killed me). Not sure about evening of the 6th/ early morning 7th as I didn't get any kills or get killed. These were all inf kills, and was killed by inf in all cases.

Same early on 10th, 5 ei kills, showed in mission AAR's, but not CS&R, did not die, for a change.

I havent had a inf kill credit in days. Had close to a 2 to 1 k/d but its dropping fast. Just killed 5 in oost bunk and again, only my death shows on stats, not the kills.

Ive had one mission where it showed 7 kills , one 4d and the others inf , then only the 4d showed in stats .. also had other 3 kill mission on 3- 4g's , and only recorded one.

Last couple of sorties.. sortie id# 1141867 killed 1 and rtb, shows no kill. sortie #1141747 5 kills and kia, shows no kills, kia with no enemy killer. sortie 1141575 5 kills and kia, shows no kills and kia with no enemy killer listed. sortie 1141509 2 kills and kia, shows no kills and kia with no enemy listed

I'm not playing much either any more without kills; I might sit in an SP for a while and depot snipe or do recon from there, but I'm not venturing into any danger. Only played for 1 hour last night.

Just killed 18 ei in a pan and not 1 kill counted. Did some checking, seems only inf type kills not recording. If your in a tank and kill 100 ei and 1 pz, the stats will only show the pz kill. If your an inf type and kill 1 ei and 1 aaa gun, only the aaa gun will show on stats.

Not quite accurate. ATG mission with 5 tank kills, 3 recorded.

The only kills not being recorded are infantry kills. Everything else shows up.

This bug is really messing all stats up, I do hope that the sorties are saved with data? Just they aren't posted correctly? You can retrieve all the lost kills?

If not, at least go back to the DB and delete everyones KIAs so it isn't so lopsided. Or just eliminate stats for that period.

Also, both the RTBs and captures are messed up if you didn't already know, those stats will be worthless now too.

My kills are not working; this really sucks. Five kills and NOTHING in stats showing that I got kills.

No stats why play, terrible.

Last night in 4-5 sorties I saw where I got kill credits on 28 things and died 3-4 times, when I went to the stats it was correct on my deaths but only showed 4 kills! This happened the night before, but I did not paid that much attention to the numbers. I agree if stats are broke, why play this game at all??

RATS need to find a way to calculate the number of kills we lost because of this bug. Right now I have 30+ kills that should be credit to me. Unless this gets fixed and compensated I cannot play a game with no stats or botched up stats. I bet many more people are getting robbed of kills but have not noticed it yet. Seems like ei kills are not showing up as stated in previous posts.
