#6242 - CSR not recording INF kills

I'm not getting it as bad as some here. Sortie two days ago showed 2 armour kills in the AAR but only one showed in CS&R. It recorded my killer, but did not agree with the killer given in the AAR.

It's only happening occasionally, bit it is not just inf kills. It seems entirely random.

With SO MANY things broken - Can this game survive?

CRS, you really need some customer support and some coders to fix the current problems before introducing anything else new to the game.

My kills aren't being reported either cause I can't get in to PLAY !!!!

The only kills not being recorded are infantry kills. Everything else shows up.

Inf kills are the main problem, but I have had few sorties, where the game AAR and CSR records do not match. Yesterday I had IVG sortie, I shot 3 M10, 1 Sherman and 2 M1 atg's, got kill record on all of those in game AAR but in CSR 1 M10 kill and 1 M1 kill had vanished.

Yes deaths are being recorded and kills are not. If you are in armor and you kill ei, they are not being recorded. I have 28 ei kills as Brit and another 3 as French. This is from yesterday's game. Don't know how many I was robbed of the last few days? I agree, what sense is it to play when stats are worthless now. How will this be made up to the paying public?

noticed ragdoll is behaving unreliably, have raised this with coders

As of 10:45 PM EST, no kills registering even as an infantryman killing ei, deaths count, NO Frickin kills being counted on stats. No sense to play and have your K/D drop out of sight. Hopefully, the kills can be added once they fix the bug. If not wipe out this campaign stats, the stats are worthless. Don't resume until you fix the stats. I fear this will deliver a severe to this game, hope not.

Working on this with Oliver. I can confirm testing shows only inf. Odd that.

We'll address the k/d issues after we know more about what is going on. If needed we'll wipe the sortie data. Can anyone pinpoint the time and day this first happened?

My last CSR recorded infantry kill was on Jan. 6th. Nothing on the 7th forward.

so you're talking about CS&R kill recording (a database issue) not the client failing to record kills (as seen in your in game AAR screen) ... is this correct ?

DOC, correct, the lack of recording a kill is in the CS&R recording, not in the game AAR screen.

Aren't all of your sorties recording as RTB? That is part of the bug?

yes I see this too (no kills recorded - bagged 2 EI - but it is properly adjusting my K/D) and recording KIA not as RTB

Just killed a German Infantry (Light MG) in this sortie:

Sadly it was not recorded in CS&R.

Then I got killed, it shows correctly as KIA.

I was spawned as British Rifleman.

I had 10 kills recorded in game at 8:00 pm est at Diest. Zero kills recorded in CS&R, but it showed I was killed !

I had 4 or 5 ei kills in mission AAR's, they not showing in stats. My deaths are showing as KIA's now though. Whomever killed me when I was Inf also not showing yet. Captures are also showing up finally as well.

It was been nearly a week and the ei kills still not recording in CSR. This is not acceptable and I'm surprised people are still playing?? I just got 14 kills in a Churchill. Only the Pzr (2) and Paks (2) were recorded, the 10 ei, no credit, in the last week that is 47 ei with no credit.

Send out a message when this is fixed, why waste time day after day to see that nothing has been fixed?

Confirmed for me last night.....4 kills in game at ( can't remember which FB) as a bofors 3 of 4 kills in game were infantry, 1 stuka. CSR recorded only the stuka kill. Before that a week or so ago I only recorded 1 of 5 kills in a vickers and the one that recorded was a BF110....the rest , in game showed inf kills. Checked CSR and again only the 110 killed showed.

Had several kills in 3 sorties this evening, but CS&R still not recording them !!

In fact the last kill CS&R gave me credit for was on JAN 6 2012, THAT WAS 75 Missions AGO !! &%%$##

Strange, I spawned SMG in Verdun got two kills confirmed in aar but not shown in CS&R. But the strange part is that CS&R then shows I spawned a rifle, but I never even spawned a rifle.

It is now Sunday, 15 Jan 2100 hrs EST-CSR STILL not recording ei kills. Of course all deaths are being counted in CSR. Frustrating and I signed up for a year in advance. Last time that will happen!

The Fix is not working!!!!!! The K/D ratio is NOT being updated for ei kills, but it continues to drop because all deaths are counting.
