Yep this issue is spiraling out of control with very little, input from on high.

Putting all our other data at risk or being asked for yet further expenditures for drives etc to attempt an unproven fix* is really a bit much for some players I would assume.

*{I greatly appreciate the efforts from Mac players to solve this problem however}

We are at nearly 4 weeks of no service from a paid service, over a holiday when many had extra time and inclination to play, that time is gone and irreplaceable, this is not good.

There are too many of us with the same issue for it to be our RAM, Vid card, CPU, drive, connect etc etc etc...

This is not "our" problem...

One begins to wonder what value our patronage has here...

When the new patch went in over a year ago and my home Mac became unusable I maintained my sub for many months to support CRS efforts to update the game that I could not play any more without spending over $1000.

Even though I was and am unhappy with some of the new features and general direction the game is/was heading.

This level of loyalty some how feels less warranted than as before.

There is a sticky. This is all the info I have on the issue.

The only input is that without community help in finding a way to replicate the issue we probably won't find it. None of the in house Macs or the Beta testers have the issue that I cam aware of. There was no reporeting during open test of the issue.

If we can;t replicate it we can't fix it. We can stab in the dark a bit and have but that's just lucky guessing.

And please, if you are not comfortable trying someone's "new fix" then don't. If it sounds crazy it probably is.

This will turn out to be something simple. OS version or a driver or a different installation. It might be a host issue but I don't think so. The playnettrace reports all seem to be OK.

I understand your frustration. I really do. I'm frustrated yours by about 200 which is the number of players I think have this issue.

If I could fix it I would. As of right now, with the feedback I have I can't replicate it so I can't fix it.

Thanx for a response..

Look try putting a Mac in the trunk of the car and log in from somewhere else better yet several places.

Enough people have the issue, it may duplicate itself offshore from your location.

With 200 + having the problem likely worth the effort.
