Satchel problem

Atr satchel, 8 out of 10 times my satchel goes inside tank, and does nothing, this being looked at? Being we only get 1, get's frustrating.

Think there was an earlier thread where it was mentioned it is a collider issue.

Also think it was not an issue that was going to be fixed.

Add it to 'feature list' of 1.34
