Rifle grenadier cannot fire while aiming

With a grenade loaded, while holding down the aim button, I cannot use the fire button to launch the rifle grenade. Tried with both Mac and Win clients and got the same results. However, the grenade will fire immediately upon releasing the aim button.

I don't have this issue with any other infantry unit, nor the grenadier itself when using regular rifle ammunition. I only happens when trying to use the rifle launched grenade.

That is correct functionality. The RG could only be fired from the hip. Aimed it would break your collar bone.

We added aim so that you could sight it better.

The reason being that the special blank or wooden-bullet cartridges that were distributed for RG use were filled with a much-more-powerful propellant that gave the rifle about 2x its normal recoil.

Rifles used for RG launching sometimes broke their stocks...particularly when the rifle was braced against a rock or a large tree trunk, with relatively low shock dissipation, instead of against something soft like a sandbag, moist earth or a rotted log.

Rifle stocks are pretty strong. Breaking one took a lot of kick. Collarbones and shoulderblades aren't very good at withstanding those kinds of forces.
