Not sure if this has been posted but on multiple occasions in a bunker mostly and sometimes a cp you can see someone running up the stairs because they clip through the wall. Great for killing them before they see you but I've had it happen the opposite where it looks like they shot you from the stairwell

Offset bug. Take a look at the falling through floors sticky and see if some of that matches what your seeing.
